By creating an account or using DiscountHub ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DiscountHub sells digital gift cards and vouchers at a discount, fulfilled manually by our team after purchase. Delivery details (such as a code or redemption link) are sent to you through the order chat thread, not instantly or automatically.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up - we may suspend accounts found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
DiscountHub uses a prepaid wallet: you add funds via cryptocurrency, and purchases debit that balance instantly. A service fee applies to top-ups (currently 1.4%), shown before you pay. Your balance carries no interest and isn't insured or held in trust. You can withdraw your available balance back to a crypto wallet address you control, subject to the minimum amounts shown at the time of withdrawal.
All payments and withdrawals are processed in cryptocurrency through a third-party payment processor. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the relevant blockchain - double-check amounts, currencies, and addresses before confirming. DiscountHub cannot reverse or recover a payment sent to the wrong address or network.
Orders are fulfilled manually; delivery times vary. Unpaid/pending orders can be cancelled freely. Because gift card and voucher codes can't be "returned" once revealed, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where a code is defective or incorrect - contact us through the order chat and we'll make it right.
You agree not to use the Service for money laundering, fraud, chargebacks/payment disputes made in bad faith, reselling purchased codes in violation of the issuing brand's terms, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, DiscountHub isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses from cryptocurrency price volatility, network fees, or sending funds to an incorrect address.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
